In June 2022, Lisa took a pivotal step in her career by founding 360 Lending, LLC, driven by a commitment to providing unparalleled service and support to her clients. Holding Mortgage Broker’s licenses in both Alabama and Tennessee, Lisa plays a crucial role in meticulously orchestrating every aspect of the home-buying process, from navigating legalities to ensuring seamless closings that enable her clients to swiftly transition into their new homes.

A second home in Perdido Beach, AL, nestled along Perdido Bay, serves as a cherished retreat where she enjoys hosting gatherings with friends and family.

Ashley brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership. With over 14 years in the banking and mortgage industry, Ashley has honed her skills in lending, compliance, and management, making her a valuable asset to our team and to our clients.

Ashley's journey in mortgages began back in 2008 while pursuing her degree at The University of Alabama, where she also obtained her mortgage license. Her career has been defined by a commitment to excellence and a belief in the power of teamwork. She is a proud graduate of the Alabama Banking School and Pell City High School, where her roots run deep with the Panthers.

Having grown up in the mortgage industry, Ashley understands firsthand what it means to achieve the American Dream of owning a home. She is dedicated to providing every borrower with a seamless and informative mortgage experience, ensuring that each client receives the best possible service and competitive rates.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ashley finds true joy in spending time with her family. Her husband Adam and their two children, Scott and Tori Kate, are her greatest treasures. In her free time, Ashley enjoys being by the water at Logan Martin Lake, playing golf, and nurturing her garden. She is also an active volunteer in her church, local softball fields, and civic clubs in her beloved hometown of Pell City, where she continues to make a positive impact.

Jeronimo Silva

Licensed in Alabama and Tennessee, Jeronimo is a Loan Originator and Loan Processor. As a recent first-time homebuyer himself, he knows how stressful the homebuying process can be. His experience and passion for quality service drives his efforts to make the process as stress-free and personalized as possible.

Jeronimo currently lives in Knoxville, TN with his wife Erica and their dog, cat, and five chickens. In addition to his work at 360 Lending, LLC, Jeronimo is pursuing a PhD in Biology at the University of Tennessee - Knoxville. In his free-time, he enjoys being outdoors with his wife and their fur/feathered kids.

The in-house Processing team has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry. They serve as the main point-of-contact for all document exchanges related to the mortgage process.
