Meet the Team
Lisa McClellan
Lisa got her start in the mortgage industry in late 2002. After working for a number of brokers over the years, she opened her own firm, 360 Lending, LLC, in June 2022. She currently holds a Mortgage Broker’s license in Alabama and Tennessee and is primarily responsible for ensuring all the home-buying legalities are superbly engineered and executed, so that closing goes smoothly and customers can quickly take possession and settle into their new property.
Most importantly, Lisa humbly understands what a privilege it is to guide customers through such an important decision and purchase. She approaches every interaction with sincere kindness and desires to be a reliable knowledge resource for each customer. She slows down to truly listen and tailor her service to meet each person’s individual needs. Because of this, customers feel confident and comfortable to not only return to Lisa for additional mortgage services, but to refer others to her as well.
Lisa lives in Trussville, AL with her husband Tod and their two fur babies. She has a second home in Perdido Beach, AL on Perdido Bay where she enjoys hosting friends and family. Lisa is passionate about her work, loves meeting new people, and thrives when helping others build first-time and generational wealth through homeownership.

Jeronimo Silva
Licensed in Alabama and Tennessee, Jeronimo is a Loan Originator and Loan Processor. As a recent first-time homebuyer himself, he knows how stressful the homebuying process can be. His experience and passion for quality service drives his efforts to make the process as stress-free and personalized as possible.
Jeronimo currently lives in Knoxville, TN with his wife Erica and their dog, cat, and five chickens. In addition to his work at 360 Lending, LLC, Jeronimo is pursuing a PhD in Biology at the University of Tennessee - Knoxville. In his free-time, he enjoys being outdoors with his wife and their fur/feathered kids.

In-house Processing Team
The in-house Processing team has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry. They serve as the main point-of-contact for all document exchanges related to the mortgage process. The team is available to answer questions as well as offer any assistance that will make the homebuying experience as positive and pleasant as possible.
